WVP film is designed and manufactured by Hebei Shulaimeide Plastic Film Materials Technology Co., Ltd. in Cangzhou, Hebei. 30,000 m² of plant, ¥580M invested since 2012, capacity approaching 100,000 rolls / month. Nothing is bought in pre-laminated.
The company started in 2012 as a plastics processor and renamed itself Shulaimeide in 2014 when two US-sourced EDI slot-die lines came online. PPF development began a year later; today the site casts its own TPU base film, coats it, cures it, slits it and packs it — all under one roof.
That vertical integration is why a colour change does not mean a six-week lead time: the base film, the top coat and the shade are all made on the same site.
Clear and matte TPU, 7.5–9.5 mil, 5–10 year warranty
353 shades across gloss, matte and effect families
Sputtered, optical reflective and nano ceramic constructions
Automotive glass safety and security film
TPU headlight protection, optically clear
Panoramic roof film, heat and impact protection
Exterior glass shield for stone-chip protection

Functional top coat, TPU base, adhesive and release liner — assembled in-house, in one pass, on the same line that casts the base film.
Multi-layer simultaneous coating on 1.83 m web width
TPU base film cast in-house, not bought pre-laminated
±1% tolerance with a live thickness map
0.01 mm surface defects caught across the full width
ISO 14644-1, ±1 °C and ±5% RH, 30-second air exchange
Every roll traced back to its TPU lot

30,000 m² plant · 10 coating lines · cast film, coating, curing and slitting all on site.

Film chemistry is only as stable as its inputs. Every material comes from a named supplier, so a roll bought in March behaves like a roll bought in November.
Aliphatic TPU from Covestro and Lubrizol; adhesive and release liner from BASF and Toray. Batches are traced from TPU lot to finished roll.
Factory visits are welcome — Cangzhou is 40 minutes by high-speed rail from Beijing South.
